As China's economy has entered a stage of rapid development while maintaining stability by enterprises,the main contributor to play a decisive role.In a large number of enterprises,whether an important factor to highlight the siege is intangible assets,that is,intangible assets,as the core competitiveness of enterprises,directly determine their speed of development and market position.The essence of intangible assets is the competition of talents.Based on the above reality,this study attempts to explore the influencing factors of employee turnover intentions and examine the relationship between job burnout,organizational commitment and turnover intention.The purpose of this study is to identify the most influential factors for turnover intention by analyzing the relationships and influencing factors among the three,and to guide Internet companies to effectively reduce the turnover rate.In this paper,to comb every field of scholars for the occupation burnout,organizational commitment and turnover intention of the research results;and to the staff representative of Internet companies to understand the basic situation and the status of work on turnover intention and analyzed the influencing factors of Internet based staff occupation burnout,organizational commitment and turnover intention related.Combined with the relevant research models and the basic situation of employees in the Internet industry,we determined the impact of organizational commitment and job burnout on turnover intention,and organizational commitment and job burnout also had certain correlation research framework.By issuing questionnaires to target enterprises,207 valid questionnaires were collected,and descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed through SPSS19.0 software.(1)Among the three dimensions of job burnout,emotional exhaustion and low achievement have a significant positive effect on turnover intention.(2)The emotional commitment and continuous commitment of the three dimensions of organizational commitment have a significant negative influence on turnover intention.(3)There is no obvious linear correlation between organizational commitment and job burnout.Based on this,this paper argues that enterprises can reduce employee turnover intention from two main aspects: strengthening employee's organizational commitment and reducing job burnout,which has a definite application value for the analysis and solution of turnover and loss.
