Research On The Financial Risk Early Warning Mechanism Of NY Guarantee Company

Under the background that the global economic environment is becoming more and more complex and the competition pressure is increasing day by day,it is very important for a company to predict the financial risk in advance.Early prediction of financial risk means that it will take the lead over other enterprises.As a sunrise industry,the guarantee industry is committed to solving the financing problems for enterprises and becoming a bridge between banks and other financial institutions and enterprises.The guarantee industry is called the risk management industry.The financial risk pressure faced by Guarantee Corporation is also more prominent than other enterprises.The early warning mechanism of financial risk can be said to be the lifeblood of Guarantee Corporation.How to predict the financial risk of the enterprise effectively,the research on the early warning mechanism of financial risk is of practical significance to the Guarantee Corporation.This paper mainly adopts case analysis method,taking a state-owned Guarantee Corporation NY Guarantee Corporation as an example,analyzes its financial risk and its early warning mechanism systematically,and improves NY Guarantee Corporation's financial risk early warning mechanism.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research content and method of the research purpose and significance,at home and abroad on the achievement of financial risk early warning mechanism of enterprise and the summary;the second part describes the relevant theories of financial risk early warning;the third part is the analysis of NY Guarantee corporation financial risk and early warning the mechanism,firstly,companies are facing financial risks,the second method uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the financial risk early warning mechanism of the company;the fourth part to solve the problem of financial risk early warning mechanism of NY Guarantee Corporation,put forward to perfect the financial risk early warning system of NY Guarantee Corporation;the fifth part is the conclusion,to summarize and the prospect of this study.Through the analysis of NY Guarantee Corporation has established a financial risk early warning mechanism,but there are still a single index of financial risk early warning model,the information collection channel is narrow and lag,excessive focus on financial risk early warning project while ignoring the overall level of financial risk,the state-owned company's background is not conducive to risk screening for government projects,corporate financial risk early warning the problem of unreasonable organization structure.Aiming at the above problems,this paper optimizes the financial risk early-warning index system,establish financial risk early-warning model with AHP,broaden the channels to collect information,promote risk sharing mode,adjust the structure of financial risk warning,improve the financial risk early warning mechanism of NY Guarantee Corporation,to promote its effective operation.At the same time,this study also serves as a reference for the construction of the financial risk early warning mechanism of other Guarantee Corporation in China.
