Domestic highway construction is a period of great development.The current domestic highways cannot meet the needs of national economic development in terms of quantity and length.At the same time,with the steady development of China’s economy,domestic scholars have deepened their understanding of infrastructure management systems,and the market competition model has gradually emerged in the field of highway construction.Domestic construction companies have experienced long-term development,and at the same time,they have absorbed some of the advanced experience of foreign construction companies and gradually established a production management model with project management as the core.To achieve the major goal of project management in domestic projects,we must always pay attention to the process of cost management during construction.In general,if you want to achieve good results in the project’s cost management,you must pay close attention to the project’s cost control,can not be the slightest relaxation.Because in engineering projects,if we want to carry out cost control,we must adopt a series of methods to prevent and control the factors that can increase or reduce the cost of the project.The engineering project management theory and the earned value method are the theoretical basis for this paper.Through analysis of the main problems in the cost control of the MY highway construction project,and the reasons for the formation of these problems are analyzed.This article will use the MY highway construction project as a case study,and the cost control as the research goal of this paper.The article first elaborated the concept of project construction cost and related theories such as the earned value method,then introduced the MY project,analyzed the current status of the cost control of the MY highway construction project and the problems in the cost control,so as to use the earned value method to MY The expressway construction project carries out real-time deviation analysis to clarify the level of MY project cost management.Finally,through the above analysis and calculations,it proposes targeted improvements to the MY highway construction plan.In short,this paper starts from the three stages of the design,implementation and evaluation of the construction plan,and then discusses the problems that arise in the construction cost control process of the MY project on this basis,and thoroughly and comprehensively analyzes the current cost control mode adopted by this project.Deviations from the cost of construction projects,and then put forward practical and feasible improvement strategies to promote the improvement of the construction cost control level in the MY project department,and hope to provide some reference for other construction companies to optimize the adjustment of construction project cost control methods.
