Analysis Of The Impact Of Resource Integration Capabilities On The Profit Model Of The Website

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th central committee of the CPC,the construction of "healthy China" has risen to national strategic level.Promoting health can not only create productivity directly,but also contributes to economic development.Benefiting from the constant release of policy dividends,a number of healthy web sites have emerged,and the big health industry will also lead a new wave of development.The exploration of business model plays a crucial role In the process of continuous development and improvement of health websites.In China,the medical system is independent on regulation,and the resources of medicines,doctors and hospitals are relatively independent and dispersed.The distribution of medical resources is uneven,and many resources have not been properly utilized.If the internet medical care wants to break this situation,the resource integration ability will be particularly important.Health website operators need to integrate resources to explore quality resources and build a profit model which is suitable for their development.Therefore,this paper explores the relationship between resource integration capability and profit model by taking health industry as an example,and it can improve the management status for health web site operators and market competitiveness with theoretical basis and policy guidance.Based on literature research,empirical analysis and other methods,this paper constructs the hypothesis model of resource integration capability and profit model and verifies it to make conclusions.First of all,based on the business model theory,it combs resources integration capability and the profit model of related literature.The literature review includes the definition,measurement,relevant empirical research of resource integration capability and the definition,component content of the profit mode.,The relationship model between resource integration capability and profit model is constructed on the basis of literature review.We redivide resource integration capability,which includes abundance index,coupling factor and responsivity index.Nine hypotheses are proposed with the hypothetical model.This article adopts the way of questionnaire survey which collect 200 enterprises sample data from the health industry.The analytical methods are factor analysis,correlation analysis and T-value test.Research hypotheses are validated in these methods.Through research and analysis,resource integration capability can influence the choice of enterprise profit model,and abundance index,coupling factor and responsivity index can also influence profit model respectively.Finally,this paper summarizes the conclusions of this study,the management application will be put forward based on the enterprise perspective,and the contribution and limitation of research are analyzed,and the future research direction and content are prospected.
