With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved remarkable achievements. The exchanges between countries have become more frequent. The global economy is undergoing profound and irresistible changes in globalization.Foreign capital inflows and the rational and effective use of foreign capital are important drivers. And carriers.Guizhou Province,as a province with a relatively backward economy, has disadvantages in attracting foreign capital. However, after several decades of reform and opening up,the amount of foreign capital used in Guizhou Province has been increasing year by year, with a rapid growth rate.It has quickly integrated into the world economic system and adopted a large number of preferential policies.Foreign investment. Therefore,it is indispensable to study the impact of the use of foreign capital in Guizhou Province on economic growth. This article is mainly from two aspects of research,on the one hand is to study the impact of the inflow of foreign capital in Guizhou Province on economic growth, empirical analysis by cointegration test, the actual use of foreign capital as an influencing factor, the sequence LNFDI to LNGDP and There is no cointegration relationship, indicating that there is no long-term equilibrium relationship between the actual amount of foreign capital used in Guizhou Province and GDP.When the GDP is the influencing factor, there is a cointegration relationship between the sequence LNGDP and LNFDI,indicating that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the GDP of Guizhou Province and the actual use of external value. The Granger causality test found that there is a certain causal relationship between the inflow of foreign capital and economic growth, but this relationship has not been shown in the short term.LNFDI has an effect on promoting LNGDP,but this promotion has a certain lag.Sex.On the other hand,it is to study the effect of the use of inflowing foreign capital on economic growth through the use of inflows in Guizhou Province, and to establish export variables(EX),final consumption(C),and fiscal expenditure(CZ)that promote economic growth.First, the transmission variables and LNGDP A multivariate linear regression equation was established;then LNGDI and various conduction variables were analyzed by EG cointegration test. The results showed that there was a cointegration relationship between LNFDI and LNEX,while there was nocointegration relationship between LNFDI and LNC,LNCZ;finally,a factor analysis was performed. The factor score matrix calculates the influence coefficient of the conduction variable on LNGDP,and then the degree of influence of LNFDI on LNGDP is obtained based on the analysis coefficient of the cointegration relationship between LNFDI and the conduction variable. The final result shows that LNFDI only promotes LNGDP through exports, with an influence coefficient of 0.170943421.Based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, and in light of the actual situation of Guizhou Province to attract foreign investment, relevant recommendations are made to enable Guizhou Province to better attract foreign investment and make effective use of foreign investment,so that foreign capital can actively and effectively promote the economic growth of Guizhou Province and get rid of the economy.Lagging behind, through empirical analysis,it is also possible to actively guide Guizhou Province, which is located in the mainland region, how to effectively and correctly introduce foreign capital, thereby stimulating the overall economy to grow healthily and rapidly,so that Guizhou Province will gradually become a major province for economic development.
