In the current retail market,in recent years,the number and scale of the brand supermarket stores have been gradually improved,and the competition among the retail enterprises is becoming more and more intense.How to adopt effective marketing strategy and management means to make the retail enterprise stand out in the severe market competition,combine the marketing theory with the advantages of the enterprise,and consolidate its own market position and strength,and become the primary problem that the operators and managers of the current retail enterprises face.After a period of development in Huludao,Huludao Da Yun Fat supermarket has adopted a variety of management and development concepts,actively adopt various management methods and marketing means,in order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition and improve their competitive strength.Based on the modern marketing theory,this paper studies the marketing problem of Huludao Da Yun Fat supermarket by using the methods of literature research,interview and market investigation.First,it introduces the background and significance of the research,the content and thought of the research,and discusses the status of the research at home and abroad,and defines the core of the research.The concept of heart and the related theories are discussed.Secondly,the current marketing strategy of Huludao Da Yun Fat supermarket is analyzed,and the main problems in the marketing of the company are found.Again,the marketing environment of Huludao great run hair supermarket is analyzed,and the internal and external environment of Huludao great run hair supermarket is analyzed,and the analysis of the SWOT analysis is carried out.Finally,it puts forward the measures to improve the marketing strategy of Huludao RT Mart supermarket.
