China's capital markets are growing rapidly,financial products are being diversified,and with the increase in the incomes of the residents,the demand for financial products is increasing.Securities companies are one of the most important participants in China's capital market.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the traditional brokerage business of securities companies continues to decline,and securities companies are actively promoting the transformation of wealth management.After years of development,the wealth management of the securities firm has been given a certain foundation,but more focused on the direction,content and process of wealth management.In the context of the existing wealth management transition,a reasonable and efficient pricing strategy of service,to make the invisible services scientifically priced,to form a price competitive strategy,to improve the revenue model,to make the transition to wealth management,is an important issue that the securities firm has to deal with right now.ZS securities company is the leading comprehensive securities company in China,and its wealth management business is also the leading position in the industry.Taking ZS securities company as a case,on the basis of research literature at home and abroad,to ZS of the status quo of the wealth management business of securities companies,take charge mode and its influence on the development of the wealth management business has made the further analysis.Through the analysis of the investment behavior of wealth management target customers,and the characteristics of the wealth management products and services,draw lessons from foreign advanced wealth managers at Merrill lynch and Charles Schwab's wealth management fee model,put forward ZS wealth management of securities companies should set up flexible charge mode.Finally,according to the 7Ps service marketing theory,ZS securities company is guaranteed to further optimize the wealth management service fees from four perspectives including personnel management,product management,channel management and process management.ZS securities companies should learn from the successful development mode of wealth management at home and abroad,take full advantage of the opportunity of industrial development to achieve transformation,and enhance competitiveness in the field of wealth management,so as to achieve full transcendence.
