With the continuous development and improvement of the socialist market economy in our country,the trend of collectivization of enterprises is becoming more and more evident for the purpose of integrating the group resources,spreading the risks of operation and improving the profitability.The group customers have become the key marketing targets of all commercial banks because of their strong financial strength and high comprehensive return.However,the rapid development of the group enterprises has brought great profits to commercial banks,while also hiding huge credit risk.Compared with single customers,group customer structure is complex,related party transactions are common and information asymmetry between banks and enterprises is more prominent.Coupled with the risk eruption is often sudden and interlocking,once the group customers' credit create problems,it will not only bring huge losses to the credit banks,but also have a great impact on social stability and regional economic development.In recent years,the outbreak of risk concentration in many large group enterprises shows that there are still many problems existing in the credit risk management of commercial Banks in group clients.Since 2017,only the Shandong province alone has had Tianxin and Qixing two groups bankruptcy reorganization,which has been a wake-up call for commercial Banks.It is urgent to take active risk prevention measures and improve the ability of commercial banks to manage the credit risk of group customers.The purpose of this paper is to propose a targeted improvement scheme for the problems existing in the credit risk management of group customers of H bank,and to further implement and evaluate the improvement scheme.The specific research idea is as follows.First is theory research,this part defines the concept and characteristics of group clients,understand the group customer credit risk types and characteristics,and expounds the group customer credit risk management related theory.Secondly it introduces the current H bank group customer credit status at present and H bank group customer credit risk management mechanism.Then taking the X group as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the credit risk management process of H bank group customers from the organizational structure,operation process and risk measurement,and puts forward the targeted improvement scheme.After that,the implementation process and supporting measures of the credit risk management improvement program for the customer credit of H bank group were given.It is proposed that the H bank should guarantee the successful implementation of the improved scheme from three aspects:talent introduction,incentive mechanism and technical support.The last part is the effect evaluation of the improvement program.First,it analyzes the customer risk evaluation index of H bank group,which is mainly divided into four kinds:risk identification and early warning,asset quality management,credit structure adjustment and internal control supervision.Then,the improvement scheme is evaluated by quantitative risk evaluation index.
