Finance is the basis and important pillar of National governance,Fiscal Supervision is an indispensable important part of finance management,in the protection of Fiscal function to play,improve the level of Fiscal management,promote the party to build a clean government plays an important role.In recent years,with Fiscal "Jin Cai"project,budget,the Treasury,the use of government debt,the government procurement system,Fiscal management has basically realized the management informatization,the use of Big Data,Cloud computing and other ways to carry out Fiscal supervision,to build Big Data of Fiscal Supervision platform construction,can improve the current review paper accounts for the basic means of supervision way,promote the Fiscal management modernization and informatization construction,strengthen Fiscal Supervision,improve the efficiency of supervision and management.This paper fully read Fiscal Supervision under the premise of the theories,combining with its practice,and on the basis of the experience at home and abroad for reference,Fiscal Supervision in LiuPanShui City in GuiZhou province analyses the current situation and existing problems,put forward feasibility of Big Data used in Fiscal Supervision,put forward by using the basic idea of Big Data for Fiscal Supervision,set up a bank account management platform is proposed,for Fiscal Supervisionand bedding,Establish a comprehensive tax data management platform,strengthening revenue management,establish the whole caliber government debt management platform,to strengthen debt management,set up perfect analysis of early warning platform,strengthen the supervision of timely and establish a Fiscal management services for the public cloud platform,strengthen social supervision,etc,to perfect the Fiscal Supervision mechanism of Big Data era.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the Fiscal Supervision using Big Data:First,to accelerate the construction of the laws and regulations of big data and cloud computing technology.Second,to develop Big Data Cloud computing technology Fiscal long-term development strategy,to strengthen the construction of software and hardware input,do a good job in the value of "Big Data"technology mining,improve the data sharing mechanism,promote the data together,and use,construction and application mechanism that can meet the needs of large data,build a basic data platform,improve the supervision of advance,matter and afterwards;Third,to establish and big data applications that meet the needs of organization guarantee,such as improve financial oversight body positioning,set up the mechanism of multilevel Fiscal supervision and personnel training,improve the incentive mechanism,increase funding security;Fourth,Speeding up the reform of fiscal management system and promoting the construction of big data fiscal supervision platform;Fifth,improve the data security mechanism.
