China's Listed Commercial Banks Performance Evaluation Analysis

Commercial banks take the main part of chinese financial system.With the opening of our market,the types of our country's bank is becoming more and more rich.From the appearring of the original state-owned banks to the following policy banks,the joint-stock banks and the urban commercial banks.Especially the setting up of foreign banks marked a fierce competiton among the demestic comercial banks.With the expansion of business scope and scale,many banks choose to raise the value through listing.The competitiveness of listed banks can be expressed through operational performance.The level of performance can reflect different directions on the banks' managing situation and ability.It will also provide improvement strategy for bank managers.This paper will choose a sample of 16 listed commercial Banks in China,using factor analysis method to evaluate banks' performance,draw the 16 listed Banks competitiveness rankings and put forward measures to enhance the performance of listed Banks.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background of the topic,and summarizes the relevant literature.The second part discusses the history of our country's listed banks,and analyze the current banking situations.The third part is the positive analysis.The fourth part,after the analysis of the third part,proposes the policy suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China's listed Banks.
