The concept of corporate social responsibility first originated in the United States in the early 20th century.With the strengthening of people-oriented social values and the continuous deepening of global economic globalization,corporate social responsibility has become sociology,economics,law,and management since the 20th century.One of the hot topics studied by many disciplines has attracted the attention of scholars,shareholders,business managers,legislators,and all walks of life.After Myanmar was transferred from the former military government to the democratically elected government in 2011,the image of Chinese companies originally cooperating with the former military government began to decline continuously in the minds of the people,and even some Chinese-funded projects were stopped by the opposition of local residents.Such as the Myitsone hydropower station incident,Leipzig Tong copper mine incident,etc.,to investors Chinese companies,causing great losses.Therefore,in the local area,Chinese-funded enterprises strengthen corporate social responsibility,enhance local residents' satisfaction,and enhance the image of Chinese companies in the eyes of the local people.Therefore,from the perspective of corporate social responsibility,we will explore ways to improve local residents' trust in Chinese companies.Satisfaction is of' great significance.From the perspective of residents' satisfaction,this paper discusses the relationship between the social responsibility of Chinese companies and their satisfaction.Based on relevant theoretical analysis and relevant literature research,the questionnaires on corporate social responsibility and residents' satisfaction are prepared.Through the analysis of exploratory factors,the Chinese company's social responsibility scale composed of four factors:economic responsibility,legal responsibility,moral responsibility,and charity responsibility,as well as the satisfaction scale for residents,are drawn.On this basis,the research hypothesis of this paper is proposed.This article takes the local residents of Burma as the survey object,and uses a questionnaire to investigate.After that,SPSS23.0 software is used to perform statistical analysis on the data.Through empirical research,the results of the analysis show that:Corporate social responsibility has a significant positive correlation with residents' satisfaction;corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on residents'satisfaction;corporate legal responsibility,moral responsibility and charitable responsibility are in accord with residents,satisfaction.There is a significant positive effect,and in addition there is a significant difference in the degree of satisfaction of corporate social responsibility among residents of different ages,education levels and income.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.It has certain reference value for Chinese enterprises to strengthen the practice of social responsibility in Myanmar,improve the satisfaction of residents and enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the local area.
