With the rapid development of Internet finance,the competition in banking market is becoming fiercer and fiercer,and the challenge is unprecedented.At this time,in order to cope with the market changes,banks must change the original service mode,use big data to carry out product innovation,channel expansion and third-party cooperation.In this era of information technology is highly developed,Banks rely heavily on information technology,the information level of the banking industry itself is limited,therefore,the bank on the one hand,in order to obtain the most advanced information technology service,on the other hand,in order to reduce costs,will be part of the information technology outsourcing their business.And market analysis data show that the scale and scope of outsourcing are constantly expanding.But as a result,the current banking information technology outsourcing market is not very standardized,regulatory are not in place,the outsourcing supplier service level is uneven,the Banks internal risk management also needs to be improved,the ability of the bank information technology outsourcing there is a big risk,so the bank information technology outsourcing risk management research is necessary.This thesis on bank information technology outsourcing risk management as the research object,this paper expounds the IT outsourcing,IT outsourcing risk management,information technology outsourcing lifecycle,bank information technology outsourcing risk management related theory,based on past experience on bank information technology outsourcing risk identification and evaluation of risk factors,the most key important risk factors,combined with Y bank information technology outsourcing risk management as a case,the Y bank information technology outsourcing risk factors are analyzed in detail,and puts forward the risk prevention strategies,and will continuously monitor and improve and implement the outsourcing the entire life cycle.The paper also puts forward the methods and tools to improve the risk management and audit of Banks,so as to improve the overall level of risk management of bank information technology outsourcing.This is not only helpful for bank Y to improve the risk management level of information technology outsourcing,but also is of great significance for the risk management of information technology outsourcing of othercommercial Banks in China.
