Research On The Fund Management Of China's Public Welfare Foundation

With the development of China's public welfare undertakings,the public welfare foundation has been developing rapidly and expanding as an important form of public welfare organizations.By the end of 2016,the number of public fund organizations in China has reached 5711,and the total assets amounted to 138 billion 302 million yuan.The public welfare foundation has gradually become an important social group providing public services,charity relief and social contradictions for our society,playing a very important role in the economic and social development of our country.The fund management is the core content of the financial management of the public welfare foundation,and the healthy capital management is the necessary condition for the long-term development of the public welfare foundation.With the rapid development of China's public sector,public fund in fund management and operation problems by the government and society's widespread attention,the academic circles from different levels and angles have conducted a lot of research,and made extensive research.However,at present,most of the researches on fund management of public welfare funds use qualitative analysis methods,and the research focuses on fund-raising and operation of public foundations.Taking Shenzhen one fund as an example,this paper mainly adopts case analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to conduct in-depth and systematic analysis and Research on the fund management of public welfare foundation.Based on the analysis of the Shenzhen foundation of fund management,summed up the Shenzhen one fund management experience,reveals the problems and causes of Shenzhen one fund management,put forward the corresponding improvement suggestion,and summarizes the general significance from the enlightenment,for public funds will improve and strengthen financial management,enhance the sustainable development capacity of its own reference.
