Small and medium-sized enterprises,as one of the main bodies of China's market economy,has promoted the adjustment and upgrading of China's industrial structure and technological innovation,expanded the import and export trade,promoted the rapid economic growth,created more employment opportunities and helped maintain social stability.However,various problems in the development of our country's financial guarantee agencies,greatly restricting the development of the financing mode,to the problem of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country cannot give full play to its due role.As an important part of the successful financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,the significance of guarantee financing institutions to small and medium-sized enterprises is very important In recent years,the risk of financing guarantee institutions has been frequent,and some adverse effects have been formed.Facing the outside more complex business environment and internal risk management decisions,for finance institutions,face to enhance their risk management as a whole is of great significance for the long-term development.So,should be combined with their own credit management situation of financing guarantee institutions,establish a suitable for their own internal management system,for the operation of a variety of risk identification and response,maximum reduce the risk of loss,to achieve long-term sustainable development,therefore,the study of the risk management of financing guarantee companies have important practical significance.This paper describes the current situation of W financing system of Guarantee Corporation,and the Guarantee Corporation of W financing risk management status and operating results analysis,investigation and analysis of the company's risk management through focus group discussion and questionnaire,we found that W in the project at risk management problems of the insurance,and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions the.This paper first outlines the background of China's financing guarantee industry,studies the significance of risk management to Guarantee Corporation,and the current situation and related theories and methods of risk management at home and abroad.The first part describes the system of W company's organizational structure and risk management process,based on the operating results of the company for several years so index analysis,pointed out the deficiency of W financing Guarantee corporation may exist in the aspect of risk management,and then in the form of a questionnaire survey are described;finally optimization suggestions aiming at the shortage of existing in risk management improvement.
