The experience of the development of the world economy shows that only a country or a region can make full use of various economic factors in two markets at home and abroad to improve its economic competitiveness and achieve rapid economic development.Guizhou province has actively planned to follow the pace of the times and successfully approved the construction of an open inland economic test area in 2016.This not only coincides with the concept of "opening and promoting development" by the state, but also an important measure to implement the western development strategy of the central government,to change the backward appearance of the western region and achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.The goal is to promote regional coordinated development and expand internal and external opening-up,so as to foster new economic growth poles. On the basis of combing the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper compares the two important concepts of the open economy with the export-oriented economy, the open economy and the inland open economy, analyzes the differences and internal relations, expounds the related theories of the development of the inland open economy, and analyzes the influence of the inland open economy. The related factors are summarized, and the direction of development path selection is summarized.Guizhou province has distinct inland regional characteristics in the aspects of natural location factors and industrial structure factors. The article takes the open inland economy of Guizhou as the research object and studies the current situation of trade, investment and industry. It is concluded that,in the 2006-2015 ten years, the scale of foreign trade and foreign capital in Guizhou Province rose as a whole. However, there is a big fluctuation, which is still very backward compared with the national average level in the same period. In the study of the current situation of industrial development,it focuses on the tourism opening degree of Guizhou province. It is found that the domestic tourism income is a large proportion of the tourism industry in Guizhou Province, and the international tourism foreign exchange income is a whole for the tourism industry of Guizhou province. The pull effect is very limited. At the same time, this paper selects 14 representative provinces(4 coastal provinces,5 central inland provinces,5 western inland provinces)in the East, the central and the west, based on the large proportion of tourism in the industrial structure of Guizhou Province, and the increase in the opening degree of tourism in Guizhou Province in the future.Trend, focusing on the opening degree of trade openness, investment openness and industrial support evaluation index system,4 first level indexes and 7 two level indexes are constructed. The principal component analysis and factor analysis are used to calculate the ranking. It is found that Guizhou province is in the other regions in the 14 provinces. The opening level of the international market is still in the end, even in the second Yunnan Province, which is far from the last. The main reason is that the size of the trade is small, the use of foreign capital is insufficient, and the ability of innovation is relatively backward.According to the national comprehensive promotion The Belt and Road "construction, precise poverty alleviation strategy and policy and specific problems of Guizhou Province in terms of trade, investment, industry, transportation and so on,proposed the Guizhou inland open economy should be chosen to construct an open system and platform,to create with the characteristics of Guizhou free trade port The development of characteristic industries and the opening of the inland open poverty alleviation pilot area are also discussed.
