The development of high and new technology enterprises is related to the strength of the national comprehensive strength and the ability to compete.As the key talent resources of high and new technology enterprises,R & D personnel master the core technology of the enterprise,which directly affects the future development of the enterprise.For high-tech enterprises,we must establish a perfect R & D personnel incentive mode,fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of R & D personnel,so as to effectively guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on related research literature at home and abroad,basing on the results of previous studies,taking A company as an example,study how to establish the incentive mode of personnel of research and development of high-tech enterprises scientifically valid,select the A company's current R & D personnel incentive mode as the research object,the evaluation results of the existing incentive incentive mode and satisfaction using the questionnaire survey to obtain A company R & D personnel,analyzes its causes,and summarizes A company's current incentive problems and mode of existence,and put forward specific improvement measures.The research of this paper provides an important decision reference for the optimization of A company's R & D personnel incentive model,as well as other high-tech enterprises.
