As the knowledge economy is coming,the enterprises are facing lots of opportunities and challenges today.Knowledge is created by human,at the same time,R&D department is becoming the most important core competitiveness in the latest enterprises.In this context,how to improve the R&D department competitiveness,how to effectively encourage the R&D department to give play to their creativity and autonomy,these are the first priority questions we need to solve.Because of above,we chose LX company for the example to research the R&D department Incentive system.LX company was founded in August 2013,which is a leading new consumer service platform in China.Its business with growing in the high speed,But at the same time,LX company has also encountered some problems that need to be solved in terms of employee motivation,especially in terms of core employee motivation.In the research,I combined with my own work practice in HRBP post,I analyzed the current situation and problems of the R&D incentive system.In view of these problems,I studied the optimization of the R&D personnel incentive system by referring to the theoretical and practical basis of classic incentive theory and model research at home and abroad.By analyzing the current situation of the company’s incentive through questionnaire survey,I try to find out the incentive system problem from LX company,such as The performance management system is not scientific,the salary structure design is not perfect,the promotion development channel is simple,the training mechanism is too defect,the enterprise culture construction is too weak,and there are some lacking in the emotional motivation and organizational care.Then,in view of the problems existing in LX company’s R&D personnel incentive system,the research try to provide the specific and targeted solution.LX company is the typical sample enterprise in the R&D business industry.From the research,I hope can provide the solution to improve the LX company incentive system,give some some reference value for other technology companies in solving the incentive problem of R&D employees.
