Work engagement is the perfect state of an individual full of long-lasting and positive emotions and motivations.It is characterized by vigor,dedication and absorption,which are closely related to the business performance of an enterprise.How to improve employees' work engagement and stimulate their potential at work has been paid more and more attention in business administration.As an attitude variable that shows employees' identification with the organization and predicts their behavior,organizational commitment not only reflects the degree of harmony between the employees and the organization,but also shows the potential performance of the organization prospectively to some extent.Current research on the work engagement of bank employees is not common.Based on the relevant literatures,this paper focuses on the research on employee work of A Bank W Provincial Branch based on organizational commitment.In order to understand the degree of job involvement of the bank's employees and the different personal attributes of the three dimensions of organizational commitment,and the impact of the three dimensions on the work input,we take the methods of questionnaires and interviews on the basis of the relevant literature to collect data for analysis,use descriptive statistical analysis,test,regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the collected data,find out the status quo and existing problems of the work engagement and organizational commitment in the employees at A Bank W Provincial Branch,and confirm if the three dimensions of organizational commitment,namely affective commitment,normative commitment and continuance commitment,have a significant influence on their work engagement.It is concluded that the organizational commitment has a positive influence on the work input and plays a direct role.Specifically,the mental state of the employee in the organization is reflected in the organizational commitment.Organizational commitment significantly affects job involvement.The higher the organizational commitment,the higher the level of the employee's work input,and the greater the enthusiasm for the work.At last,we focus on the methods and measures to improve their work engagement,which are mainly explained in two parts: the establishment of mechanisms and the concrete suggestions.
