Research on the Relationship between the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Competitiveness of Enterprises The academic community already has a consistent view that the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility by enterprises will promote the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the resources of enterprises are limited.Under the limited resources,enterprises will not increase their investment in social responsibility indefinitely.Therefore,it is necessary to consider how to utilize the method of optimizing the efficiency of social responsibility under the existing conditions of social responsibility input Corporate Social Responsibility,Achieving Competitive and Sustainable Development.Therefore,the research on the efficiency of social responsibility and the competitiveness of enterprises has become a hot topic in academic research.Based on this research background,this paper studies the impact of corporate social responsibility efficiency on the competitiveness of enterprises.In the research process of this paper,the concept of social responsibility efficiency and competitiveness is first defined.In the review of related research results Based on the above,and focuses on the mechanism of the impact of social responsibility efficiency on the competitiveness of enterprises,and builds a conceptual model and research hypotheses.In the stage of empirical analysis,this paper uses the DEA method to measure the efficiency of corporate social responsibility,using the method of factor analysis to measure the competitiveness of enterprises,and combined with empirical analysis such as correlation analysis and regression analysis objectively demonstrated the mutual relationship.The conclusion of this paper is that the efficiency of state-owned enterprises' social responsibility has a two-way promotion effect on the competitiveness of enterprises,and there is a lag.The impact of non-state-owned enterprise's social responsibility efficiency on enterprise innovation has a single promotion effect,and there is a lag.From the perspective of regional distribution,the social responsibility efficiency of enterprises in the eastern region has a more obvious impact on the competitiveness of enterprises,while the impact in the western region is relatively weaker.The scale of enterprise assets and the competitiveness of enterprises each other reasons,the scale of corporate assets is the cause of corporate social responsibility efficiency,but the efficiency of social responsibility is not the reason for the scale of corporate assetsThe innovation of this paper lies in that the research on the efficiency of social responsibility does not stop at the measurement of efficiency but carries on the further quantitative and empirical analysis on the interaction mechanism of efficiency and competitiveness of social responsibility.In the process of empirical analysis,By analyzing the differences of sample characteristics,the regression analysis of sample samples into total samples and sub-sample samples respectivelyshows not only the relationship between social responsibility efficiency and competitiveness but also clearly indicates that the law is different in nature and in different geographical areas The difference in the business.Making the results of this paper more scientific and comprehensive.
