With the economic development and improvement of people's living standards,the community to corporate corporate social responsibility to fulfill the growing voice.The transformation and upgrading of China's economic growth,corporate sustainability also requires enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility.However,since the corporate social responsibility has been put forward,corporate social responsibility behavior on the loss of corporate resources and corporate social responsibility should be the contradiction has been there.In order to solve this contradiction,this paper discusses the competitiveness of enterprises and the corporate social responsibility research,based on the final performance of the competitiveness of enterprises,the establishment of enterprise competitiveness evaluation index;use DEA analysis method,from the perspective of stakeholders The relationship between corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitiveness,the optimal weight of resource combination is obtained,and the concrete implementation of corporate social responsibility strategy is obtained,and the concrete implementation model of corporate social responsibility strategy is obtained.The results show that:(1)the social responsibility performance of stakeholders in various industries is largely in line with the requirements,but the efficiency of allocating resources to the stakeholders is very low,and there is no effective and scientific allocation.Consider the characteristics of their own industries,the corresponding corporate social responsibility behavior.(2)due to the industry environment and the characteristics of different industries,different industries there are different corporate social responsibility strategy implementation model.(3)employees and customers is an important source of sustained competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises should focus on employees and customers to fulfill their social responsibility,in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the study of the implementation model of corporate social responsibility strategy,the contradiction between corporate social responsibility behavior and resource loss is solved,which makes corporate social responsibility for enterprises to provide concrete guidance for enterprises to fulfill their corporate social responsibility to obtain sustainable enterprise competitiveness,So that enterprises more proactive in the implementation of corporate social responsibility,making enterprises and stakeholders to form a multiwin situation.Supplemented the academic community on the corporate social responsibility strategy quantitative research.
