With the development of the society and the increasingly fierce market competition,customer resource is a key factor for enterprises to gain more and more widely attention.Customer demand,customer value,customer classification concepts frequently appear in academic circles,customer relationship management naturally becomes the enterprise to have the market share,important ways and means to understand the market demand for.Sales for the industry,to maintain the stability of customers,and attract new customers,so that enterprises can maintain a healthy and stable development in the increasingly competitive environment,we must pay attention to customer value,customer relationship management,enhance the customer relationship to a higher level,to carry out a full range of the Understanding,put forward higher management objectives,the successful implementation of customer relationship management to solve problems hinder deeper development.To establish long-term stable cooperative relations with customers to make enterprises better adapt and integrate into the market economy.In this paper,the theory of customer relationship management as the basic research in the related basic knowledge,basically,in the audio industry as the background,points out some problems existing in the current A customer relationship management company,customer classification is not an objective standard,at the same time the customer has no relation with the sales close together therefore according to the present situation of the A company customer relationship management,put forward the research on customer relationship management for the audio industry.To increase customer loyalty and achieve long-term and stable cooperation with customers,and promote sustained and steady development.This paper from the angle of the theory and practice,the problem of customer relationship management of A company is studied,and has made the improvement measure,in order to provide some reference to China audio company.
