| In recent years,as the national cultural tourism industry has entered a new upsurge,the revival of cultural tourism industry has driven the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in the province’s Shanxi Province.Shanxi has the advantage of developing cultural tourism industry.There are many historical and cultural relics in Shanxi Province,and the key cultural relics protection units rank first in the country.However,as an old industrial base of energy,environmental problems in Shanxi Province are also prominent,bringing about a certain amount of resistance in the construction of cultural tourism,so a group of companies combining ecological protection and cultural tourism has been set up rapidly.In this paper,the Huantou Tianli company in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province is our research object,we want to design an enterprise development strategy plan for it to have a good future.The paper first discusses the background and significance of the study,and puts forward the research methods and research ideas.Based on this,the connotation of cultural tourism and eco-environmental protection industry is determined.The development strategy theory at home and abroad is reviewed.Commonly used the three strategic analysis tools—PETS analysis model,Porter "five forces model" and SWOT analysis model to analyze the company’s strategic environment.On this basis,this paper analyzes both the internal micro-environment and external macro-environment of Huantou Tianli company and puts forward the favorable conditions that Taiyuan provides for the development of the company from the aspects of policy economy,law,social culture,etc.From the industry competitors,potential entrants,substitutes,suppliers and customers to analysis the five aspects of the company’s competitive environment;and through SWOT analysis,we summarized the company’s current advantages and disadvantages,at the same time analyzed the opportunities and threats the company faced.We then conclude that the current advantages of Huantou Tianli company outweigh the disadvantages,and the opportunities outweigh the threats.Next,we set out the two specific development strategies of the company’s strategic planning,namely differentiation strategy and focus strategy.Finally,we put forward three aspects of methods—management,manpower,capital and brand building to realize the strategic planning of Huantou Tianli company.The current situation of Huantou Tianli company is lacking core competitiveness,low level of employee quality,unscientific human resources management,and low level of information management.This study provides more scientific suggestions to the company to achieve differentiated and focused strategies.Since Huantou Tianli company has a certain representativeness in the new cultural tourism industry in Shanxi Province,this study can provide implications to the companies in the cultural tourism industry and ecological environmental protection industry in Shanxi Province and even the whole country. |
