Coffee shop business is well known, and mature business throughout the world. People consider this business as classic and it gives so much satisfaction to their customers. In many countries, people usually hang around coffee shops and while drinking coffee, you could do business, hang out with friends, do your homework, projects, and etc. It is convenient place for you to relax and concentrate. The main difference between franchise and local coffee shops are satisfactory policies towards their customer and marketing. Franchise coffee shops have their own satisfactory policy towards customers. For example: Coffee standards, interior design, servicing, extra products, sales, and etc. People who visit coffee shops often, their aim is to have high quality coffee and relax. In this case, coffee standards and interior design will be important for those who are getting the service. Local coffee shops only aim to get profit out of their coffee shops. They give less attention to their customers, what they want, quality of its coffee, and etc. These reasons make local coffee shops differentiate from franchise coffee shops as a high standard and quality, and low standard and quality.
