| With the development of mobile Internet and the popularity of intelligent terminals,mobile payment,as a star field of China used to head for the world,has changed from a revolutionary concept to a rapidly popularized mode of payment,it has huge possibility to replace the traditional payment methods in China.To meet the objective needs of the payment market,convenient mobile payment has become an essential payment method for citizens,it has become the most important part of the innovation and development in the field of payment liquidation.China UnionPay as a bank card liquidation organization,has launched a mobile payment product named "UnionPay Quick Pass" in order to share interests from mobile payment this big environment.However,mobile payment faces many constraints in the development process,such as the market game of interest participation and the market barriers of Alipay or Wechat.Therefore,how to stand out in the mobile payment war for UnionPay Quick Pass has become an urgent subject to be studied.This paper uses case analysis method,strategic theory and analysis tools,studies the development strategy of the mobile payment product of China UnionPay,through the analysis of external macro environment of mobile payment development,referring to the business development model of domestic and foreign mobile payment,discusses the advantages and disadvantages faced by UnionPay Quick Pass payment products in the process of development.On the basis of the above analysis,the analysis model of SWOT is used to match the SO,ST,WO and WT strategies of the development of UnionPay Quick Pass,payment products,and it is suggested that UnionPay Quick Pass choose the horizontal integration strategy.Extension to the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain of the UnionPay and Building a banking ecological network through joint commercial banks and Payment institutions,to promote the rapid expansion of itself.The paper and its research conclusions will provide useful reference for the development of other mobile payment companies. |
