The Research Of Investment And Development Of Mainland China's Enterprise In Taiwan Region

From June 2009,mainland China's enterprises began to invest in Taiwan regions,but it has ineffective,slow pace and small scale and low lever.Based on the traditional theory of international investment,this paper introduces the new characteristics of international investment,and highlights that developing countries may invest in developed countries and regions because of their specific advantages of motherland.The mainland China's investing in Taiwan is a inner investment that in a big definition of "China",but because the economic factors cannot flow freely,so we have to research this situation through the international investment theory with new characteristics.These enterprises should focus on long-term development.Through the Taiwan region's technology and business model,the company's level will be improved so as to participate in international competition in the future.At the same time,the mainland China invests in Taiwan,providing new capital for Taiwan's innovation and upgrading,promoting Taiwan's prosperity and providing new jobs.This paper focuses on the status quo and development status of Taiwan's mainland investment enterprises,lists the investment constraints,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation.
