Research On Joint Distribution Model And Location Selection In The Sharing Economy

The contradiction between the growing consumer demand of the people and the shortage of logistics resources,as well as the contradiction between the increasing logistics resources and the environmental stress are both the real problem of the logistics industry need to face.How to integrate and share the limited logistics resources to meet the increasing logistics demand from customers,realize the harmonious development of economy and environment,require logistics companies transform the business model to adapt to the development of modem logistics.The prosperity of the sharing economy has given rise to the exploration and application of sharing logistics,with the development of the information technology,the popularity of the internet,the application of kinds of advanced logistics technology and the support of the government policy Joint distribution has become a modem city logistics distribution mode,which is also a successful application of the logistics industry in sharing economy.The core problem of economic development is the effective allocation of resources,resource sharing is an effective method for efficient allocation of social resources.The application of joint distribution in different countries shows it's advantages as a modern logistics innovation and development trend.Joint distribution not only can meet people's demand of production and living requirement,but also can promote resource integration in logistics industry,improve logistics efficiency,save the logistics cost.To the whole society,it can improve the quality of our national economy,environment and the traffic.Based on the previous research and the impact of sharing economy on logistics industry.This paper elaborates the basic principle of joint distribution,and discusses four methods of realizing joint distribution,analyze the mode selection of two companies in the case.And study the logistics joint distribution center location methods which has important impact for the carry out of the joint distribution.Considering the final aim and cost structure,this paper adopts the mixed integer programming.For two companies in B city example,based on the previous distribution center of this two companies,by integrating the distribution resources,studying the cost factor to get the cheapest final solution.Then compare the cost between before and after adopt the joint distribution.It shows the superiority of joint distribution in economic benefit.
