A Study On Location Of Distribution Center For Agriculture Products Under The Condition Of Joint Distribution In Huai'an

Logistics cost continued high in recent years in China,the logistics costs account for the proportion of GDP is not only higher than the United States,Japan,Germany and other developed countries,but also higher than those BRIC countries whose level of economic development compared to roughly equal with Chinese,while high above the world average.To reduce the high logistics costs effectively,while improving the efficiency of goods flow,our country choose some cities as pilot city to carry out joint distribution.Though not a national pilot cities,we has been actively respond to a nation's implementation of the strategy,and to develop the urban joint distribution project While agricultural products is the national fundamental to the important life necessities,is the most basic living guarantee of the majority of the people to meet the basic human needs of work and life.Therefore,the regional government give a high priority to the relevant aspects of production,scheduling,distribution and supply of agricultural products.To improve agricultural products wholesale market construction logistics system is accelerating the development process of China's society,and improve the overall level of agricultural product logistics.The construction of agricultural co-distribution center is an important content in the agricultural co-distribution system,for the reason that the construction of the distribution center is for a long-term use and high cost of construction.Re-establish the distribution center need to pay the cost is quite high,and the distribution center location affects the efficiency of the distribution system.Therefore,study on location of distribution center for agriculture products under the condition of city joint distribution is a very meaningful topic.In this paper,on the basis of a review on the urban joint distribution theory and the theory of agricultural products logistics as well as logistics distribution center location theory,we study on Location of distribution center for agriculture products under the condition of joint distribution.First,building a evaluation system about agricultural joint distribution center location and using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to screen preliminary by the gray comprehensive evaluation of jointly agricultural distribution center in Qinghe District of Huai'an City.Then,establishing a location model based on total cost minimization.The model which is a model combined of the characteristics of agricultural product logistics and the theory of city joint distribution,at the same time,considering the path optimization location.At last,binding the actual economic situation of Qinghe District in Huai'an City,and using genetic algorithm design and MATLAB software for solving the optimal location within the economic regional distribution center location.Through building on the instance of the model and the analysis of the results,we hope that the model and algorithm can be applied to a broader economic region,and to provide more realistic method for the associated location.
