Research On Financial Management Of X Rural Commercial Bank

With the increasingly fierce competition between commercial banks,the strategies of improvement of financial management for commercial banks become an urgent problem to be solved.The financial management of X rural commercial bank-a typical regional rural financial institutions,was researched in this paper by the way of quarrying the problems and proposing the improved proposals.The obtained achievements are beneficial to the improvement of financial management level and are of great significance to realize scientific financial management.Based on the data and case of the financial management of X rural commercial bank,the status of the financial management was analyzed by using the methods of the case analysis,financial statement data analysis,experience summary.Accordingly,the problems existed in the financial management of X rural commercial bank were quarried,then the improved proposals were proposed in this paper.At last,some safeguards were proposed to implemented the corresponding improved proposals.Based on the research of financial management of X rural commercial bank,the main results are as follows.First of all,because of the unreasonable manners of financial management and un clear divisions of work,the staffs should comprehensively grasp the status of the financial management in the commercial bank,combined with the methods of city branch centralized type and off-site branch decentralized type.Secondly,because of the sole financial management process,the two-way financial management system should be established to optimize financial management processes via the installation of downstream system and reporting system.Thirdly,the executive oversight in financial management should be adopted to resolve the problem of insufficient risk ability.Finally,the ways of the training mechanism,incentives,introduced and excavation should also be adopted to resolve the backward problem of the talent resources in X rural commercial bank.In addition,to guarantee the implement of financial management in X rural commercial bank,several Safeguards were also proposed as follows.Firstly,the information system should be further developed and improved.Secondly,financial crisis management should be regularly drilled in commercial bank.Thirdly,the financial plan and the task should be drawn up and disassembled respectively in advance.Fourthly,the budget management should be overall controlled.Fifthly,the scientific analysis methods of financial management should be adopted in commercial bank.Although the research results in this paper are based on X rural commercial bank,the obtained conclusions are beneficial to the choice of the ways of financial management for the whole banking.Our research achievements would also provide the reference for other similar financial institutions such as small loan companies,financial companies,financial leasing companies and other financial institutions in term of financial management.
