Diverted and low efficiency has been the outstanding problem for our enterprise group in the fund management. On the basis of controlling subsidiary capital by law, through the centralized management of funds, enterprise group is to realize a group-wide integration of capital and control, to fully revitalize the stock of capital, to improve capital efficiency, and reasonably reduce financial costs and fund risks.Internationally renowned multinational enterprise group like Boeing IBM, Citibank, Hitachi and Toyota has achieved remarkable results in the centralized management of funds. At the end of2009in the annual meeting by SASAC membership enterprises. SASAC put forward the management of funds as important topic and required all the membership enterprises perform centralization of fund management. Only when progressing with time, making adaptive adjustment to the economy environment change in the funds management model, we may be able to achieve fundamental breakthrough to the bottleneck in the development of the enterprises group in China.I have been working in HongLi Group for many years in the field of accounting and financials and I feel the backwardness of its fund management and the impact it brings along. By help of recently learned theory, I seriously observed and analyzed HongLi Group’s current fund management and discover the existing problem and causes. After reasoning the necessity of introducing the centralized fund management mode and drawing on the lessons of the domestic and foreign enterprises group in centralizing management of funds, I design a set of program for the centralized management of funds adaptive to the corporate features and the actual situation.This paper tries to solve the problem in the centralized management of funds within HongLi Group. To some extent, it explore the general nature of establishing the centralized management of funds model by China’s enterprises group, especially those enterprises group of private nature.
