After the economic system reform in our country enterprise need not tenure employees,the increasing competition in the market for employees also provide more employment,don’t have to be lifelong service in the same enterprise,so the employee relations to major changes.In recent years,employee relations is not harmonious situation happen: the increase of labor dispute,the promotion of employee turnover rate,malicious terminate the labor relationship,etc.,there are even malignant mass incidents caused by deterioration of employee relations we see an endless.The importance of employee relations is becoming more and more prominent,and the related theoretical research and case analysis are more and more.However,there are still some imperfect aspects: first,the definition of employee relationship and unclear content,and the confusion of the concept of employee relations and labor relations.Second is selected case studies is relatively limited,case studies are labor-intensive industries or industries with manual labor,employee relations conflict is due to imperfect labor security,more pay can’t on time,caused the intensity of labor is too large,and for some of the technical field of research is relatively small;Three is the research conclusion practice guidance is weak,often conclusions are based on reason directly targeted put forward,and different enterprise,different field problem is different,the natural conclusion is different,another area want to use the existing research results to solve the problem of this enterprise is relatively difficult,most of the need to study,not formed a set of convenient way of study,so also can explore the research field of employee relationship management.Jump out of the employee relations a single module of research,this paper combines employee relations and human resource management overall,reframe the definition of employee relations and the content of the employee relationship management,to a company in the field of technology as the research object,study early comb out the content of employee relations,discover problems,analyze and solve problems.By understanding the object of study G basic situation of the architectural design firm,and system reform,use the method of SWOT analysis the company development strategy,according to the service based on the principles of strategic human resource management,according to the specific condition of G company from labor relations,employee protection and assistance,employee involvement and communication,employee satisfaction analysis four big modules to design questionnaire,survey problems of employee relations,human resources management is not sound,that G company exists in the has the problems such as lack of employee relationship management.In the problem solving phase in this paper,the innovation introduced to examine the relationship between key index to employee relations,the subjectivity is stronger,more abstract employee relations embodiment,tease out in practice can describe indicators,through the analysis of the index,evaluation,perfect,discovering problems,solving problems,employee relationship management into a dynamic,real-time match the company development present situation and the development strategy of management mode,to achieve the purpose of employee relations daily monitoring,targeted,predictable optimize the employee relations,at the same time,this research method is easy to copy,different companies only according to their own actual slightly modification of evaluation indexes,and therefore to other technical enterprise offers a new train of thought of employee relationship management.
