In the report of the 19 th National Congress,the strategy for revitalizing the country was proposed to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,ensure the country's food security,and realize the modernization of agriculture.In the new period,the structure of the ownership of agricultural management has undergone major changes.With the number increasing and the scale expanding,family farms have become a force to promote the transformation of agricultural production methods to large scale and intensification.The sustainable development of family farms requires the introduction and application of advanced production technologies,modest expansion of production and operation scale,and continuous enhancement of market competitiveness.Therefore,it requires that family farmers should have higher personal qualities.Traditional labor capital has been unable to adapt to the modernization of agriculture.Accelerating the process of modernizing agriculture and rural areas requires more investment in agricultural labor capital,mainly strengthening the education and training of new-type professional farmers to improve the skills and capabilities of the agricultural workforce.Therefore,the construction and improvement of the education and training system for family farmers plays an important role in improving the quality of labor capital in family farms and optimizing the production and management methods of family farms.At the same time,it has some implications for the cultivation of other new types of the ownership of agricultural management.Basing on the logical thinking of "problem,problem analysis,problem solving",the dissertation discusses the family farmer training in depth.First of all,it analyzes theconnotation of the new professional farmers' education and training.The preface explains the research background,the theoretical and practical significance of the new professional farmers' education and training,the research status at home and abroad,the research contents and methods,the technical route,the possible innovations and deficiencies,and the source of the data.The theoretical basis is to define the three concepts of the new ownership of agricultural management,family farm and family farmer,and summarize the theory of agricultural scale management,labor capital and entrepreneur.Then analyze the importance and problems of the training for family farmers.Through the research on the situation of the cultivation of family farms and the farm labor resources in Guangxi,reveals the inevitable connection between labor resource training and the healthy development of family farms.Afterwards,analyse the government documents and survey data of the modern young farmer plan in Guangxi,and summarize the implementation paths and deficiencies of the training for family farmers from the perspective of family farms having participated in the plan.Finally,it studies how to solve the problem of the training for family farmers.On the one hand,use the empirical research method to establish a binary Logistic model to study the influencing factors of family farmers' willingness to participate in training,and put forward effective suggestions to mobilize the enthusiasm of the participants.On the other hand,draw lessons from the experience of agricultural education and training in developed countries such as the United States,Japan,and Germany to put forward the development direction for improving the education and training system for family farmers.Finally,summarize the conclusions of the study,and put forward targeted recommendations to improve the education and training for family farmers.This dissertation research draws the following conclusions.As the cultivation of talents in family farms lags behind the rapid development of family farms,both the stock and quality of labor capital cannot meet the requirement of sustainable development.Strengthening education and training for family farmers to improve their production skills and management capabilities effectively have become a crucial measures for the healthy development of family farms.The Guangxi Modern YouthFarmer Plan has successfully cultivated a high-quality team of agricultural production and operation talents,demonstrating exemplary effects.However,the practical problems such as the lack of students' enthusiasm,the unreasonable teaching design,and the shortage of teachers have affected the quality and effectiveness of training.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the enthusiasm of the participants and the models of the advanced agricultural countries,it is important to improve and innovate the labor resource training mode in these ways,such as strengthening the construction of legal policies,building a “three-in-one” training system,optimizing the teaching model,standardizing the agricultural labor market,and establishing a farmer participation incentive mechanism.
