Research On The Model Construction And Evaluation For The Competence Of Family Farmers

The farmer is the main body and the soul of the operation of the farm,the farmer's competency,which mainly related to personal characters,domains the farm's production and development scale.Therefore,it's of great significance to systematically study the concept,the constituent elements and hierarchical structure model and measurement method of farmer's competency,to provide theory and practical induction to foster,train and promote the competency of farmers.The detail is as follows:Based on the existing conception of competency and competency model research,by combining the characteristics of the production and operation of the family farm,we get the concept of competency of family farmer.And we constructs the influencing factors set of Family Farm farmer's Competency by using literature research and comparative study method.The relationships among influencing factors are identified by questionnaire survey method and correlation analysis method on the base of competency influencing factor set.Then,an initial matrix is built to analysis competency influencing factors'association by using correlation coefficient as initial data,and DEMATEL method is used to determine the comprehensive impact relationship between influencing factors.According to the comprehensive impact relationship,an explanatory structure model is used to establish a multi-level structural model of family farmers' competency.The family farm found Ren multi attributes factors influence,and on the basis of the family farm found competency hierarchy structure model,a competency fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the measurement methods of his family farm was proposed.In order to verify the validity of the model and the method,the paper take Bengbu city as an example evaluate the farmers' competency status,and make an analysis on the evaluation results.
