Study On The Effect Of Precise Poverty Alleviation In Xinxing County

In the 1980 s,China began its poverty alleviation work in the world.Its main goal is to solve the problem of food and clothing for the poor in rural areas throughout the country.The focus of poverty alleviation and development is on a large-scale change in the economic and cultural backwardness of poverty-stricken areas.Precise poverty alleviation was identified as a new measure for poverty alleviation after the party's 18 th National Congress.This is an important measure for the country's future poverty alleviation work,and it is also a key step toward realizing a nationwide well-to-do society.The national poverty alleviation population is large and the effect of poverty alleviation varies greatly.In particular,the political,economic,cultural,and geographical environment in rural areas are complex and result in different types of poverty alleviation objects.At present,the development of precision poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results in improving rural infrastructure and eradicating rural poverty.However,there are still problems such as inaccurate classification of poverty alleviation targets,inaccurate poverty alleviation measures,and difficulty in coordinating poverty alleviation funds.The further improvement and implementation of the reform have imposed constraints.The precision poverty alleviation process has investigated the effects of poverty alleviation among poverty-stricken households,poverty-stricken rural households,poor households,poor families,and households with different household structure.The poverty-stricken households have the effect of precision poverty alleviation to find out the differences in the problems and effects of different types of precision poverty alleviation,and find out the problem of precision poverty alleviation so as to improve the right medicine.Based on field surveys of the precision poverty alleviation work in Xinxing County,this paper classifies poor households as near-urban poor households and remote villagesaccording to the internal spatial structure of Xinxian County,the distance to the county center town,and the difference in poverty levels.There are four types of poverty households,poverty-stricken households and extremely poor households.A comparative study on the effects of precision poverty alleviation for four types of poor households was conducted.And using literature analysis methods,social survey methods,and data analysis methods to start from the perspective of poverty areas and poverty levels,focusing on comparing the poverty-stricken and poverty-stricken households in poverty-stricken and poverty-stricken villages in Xinxing County,after the implementation of precision poverty alleviation.The actual results obtained have analyzed the main reasons for the differences in poverty alleviation effect among poverty alleviation targets in poverty alleviation work,and proposed suggestions and countermeasures for the further improvement of the effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation work.The first part of the thesis mainly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods and ideas of the thesis,summarizes the current research results in poverty alleviation and poverty reduction at home and abroad,and puts forward the innovation of this paper.The second part of the the state of poverty in Xinxing County,then elaborates the background of the proposed poverty alleviation in emerging counties.Finally,it classifies the objects of precision poverty alleviation,and proposes poverty alleviation measures under precise policies and poverty alleviation measures for all kinds of poor people;The fourth part investigates the effects of precision poverty alleviation in emerging counties and the problems they face.First,it analyzes the changes in the status quo of poverty in emerging counties after poverty eradication,discusses the effect of precision poverty alleviation on poverty-stricken households,and shows differences in the effects of various poverty-stricken households.The comparative evaluation was conducted and the differences in precision poverty
