Problems And Countermeasures Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Zouping City

The year 2020 is the last year for our country to overcome poverty and an important time node to achieve the two centenary goals.Therefore,as the most critical link in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,solving poverty has become a direct problem facing the party and the government.The nineteen major reports of the party put forward the important goal of eliminating the poverty of the rural poor in 2020 under the current standard of China and lifting the cap of all the poverty-stricken counties.Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC,pointed out many times that we should do a good job in helping the poor in an effective way,and effectively eradication poverty in 2020.The various sectors of the society have also made great efforts to help the poor.However,with the poverty alleviation work entering the critical stage,we are faced with more and more problems,and the difficulty of targeted poverty alleviation work is also increasing.Whether we can truly achieve the goal of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way on time and with quality and quantity has become a highly valued work of the party and the state.Therefore,how to do a good job of targeted poverty alleviation work at the last critical moment and achieve the goal of comprehensive poverty alleviation needs the efforts of all parties Power.This paper takes Zouping city of Shandong Province as the research object,taking the theory of anti-poverty,participatory poverty alleviation theory and Xi Jinping's accurate poverty alleviation as the theoretical basis of the article.Through field research,full demonstration,combined with literature research,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,we can fully understand the current situation of Zouping's precision poverty alleviation,the measures taken to help the poor and the achievements achieved.It is found that there are some problems in the current targeted poverty alleviation work in Zouping City,which mainly include the deviation of accurate identification,strong subjectivity of evaluation,serious poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty,slow income of industrial poverty alleviation projects,poor results,single choice of industrial poverty alleviation,lack of endogenous power.The main reasons are insufficient poverty alleviation fund support,and the scale of micro poverty alleviation credit needs to be expanded Large,the precise poverty identification mechanism is not perfect,themedical assistance system is not perfect,the poor people's awareness and ability to get rid of poverty is weak,the social poverty alleviation force needs to be excavated and integrated,and the poverty alleviation mechanism is not perfect.Based on the in-depth analysis of the existing problems and causes of the targeted poverty alleviation in Zouping City,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the targeted poverty alleviation in Zouping city with high quality.First,we need to identify the poor households in multiple dimensions and eliminate the deviation of the targeted identification;second,we need to improve the targeted assistance system and guide the social forces to participate in the targeted assistance;third,we need to establish and improve the relevant system to give full play to social security Fourth,we need to improve the effectiveness of industrial assistance and develop characteristic industries.Poverty is an important factor restricting the development of local economy,but also conducive to the harmony and stability of the society.Therefore,we must implement targeted poverty alleviation,adhere to the government as the leading force,promote the participation of multiple forces,and truly build a well-off society in an all-round way.
