An Investigation On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Tea Industry In Bazhong,Sichuan

At present,the tea industry in China is in a new development stage of“transformation and upgrading” and connotative competitive growth.Bazhong's tea industry is a pillar industry with advantages and characteristics,and it will enter a new period of industrialization development.It should lay emphasis on characteristic products,quality safety and production and marketing efficiency to achieve sustainable development.This study systematically investigates the status quo of the industry and analyzes the bottlenecks of its development,by using the theory of “focusing advantages” and“market mechanism” to guide the research works,putsforward a development path and countermeasures of tea industry in Bazhong.It has an important guiding significance to the production practice of Bazhong tea industry.The main research findings are as follows:1.Based on the depth analysis of the current situation of tea production and marketing and the development trend of tea industry in China and Sichuan,the background value of tea industry development in Bazhong was provided.This study concludes that the Bazhong's tea industry distributed mainly over 700 m sea level and must meeting the environmental conditions of ecological tea,organic tea production and quality of green food production environment.The main cultivars of Nanjiang Daye Tea are richin selenium content(up to 1 ug/g),wide adaptability and strong resistance of soil resources,suitable for natural selenium rich tea products and other advantages,it has a strong advantage of backwardness and industrial potential.2.Through the investigation of the current situation of Bazhong tea industry,the analysis shows that the tea industry construction in Bazhong has lagged behind the otherareas and facing other production and marketing issues like single product structure and homogeneous competition.The output value per mu is low,average yield is 41.6kg/mu;tea enterprises showed small,disorderly,scattered phenomenon.The fine varietytea garden and organic tea garden area arereduced;the tea production is single,mainly green tea,accounting for 92% of the total tea production in wholecity.According to these problems,after research,this paper puts forward that the government departments should led the formation of “Bazhong tea standardization planting base alliance”,implementation of standardized planting tea standard,expand the Bazhong standardized tea planting base and other measures to strengthen the construction of ecological tea base;planning by the government,investing by the social capital,the construction of tea market trading center is built,the development mode is enterprises participate as main part.3.Under the guidance of market mechanism theory,this paper investigates the development status of tea enterprises in Bazhong,and finds out that the development level of tea enterprises in Bazhong is low,and the tea production and processing capacity needs to be improved.The averageprocessing capacity of tea annualis only8.4 tons.In view of the problem,we find that the premise is development the market mechanism and strengthen the macro regulation.Enterprise as the main body,led by the government,to encourage tea enterprises,institutions and individuals engaged in tea production and management activities,improve the technological content of tea enterprises,tea processing ability,establish the relevant supporting policies,coordination of financial institutions to provide financing guarantee for enterprise development and help the development of Bazhong tea enterprises.4.Using the development theoryof “industry convergence”and“whole industry chain”as guidance,carries on the investigation to the current situation of the development of Bazhong tea industry and related industries,research shows that the tea industry chain in Bazhongis so short that tea tourism,tea culture museum and other related service industry is still in the initial stage.This study put forward countermeasures after research.Under the guidance of the government,the organizationof the relevant departments or association,organizing“Bazhong tea Brand Strategic Alliance”,“Picking Festival”,”Tea Culture Tourism Festival” and other activities to extend the industrial chain,promote integration and development of the first,second and third industries.
