| At present,with the accelerated development of China’s rural urbanization process,as well as precision poverty alleviation,precision poverty alleviation and other work in depth.The investment in rural areas has been increasing,and the rural collective economy has been growing.The management of capital,assets and resources(hereinafter referred to as "Rural Collective Three—Capital")has become the focus and difficulty of rural areas.To promote the modernization of agriculture is the party put forward at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee in 2015,which is also the only way for China to realize its socialist modernization.However,the relative backwardness of development in rural areas has a great impact on the realization of agricultural modernization.The key to achieving this goal is to improve the management level of "Rural Collective Three—Capital" in rural collectives.This article is a case analysis article,based on the theoretical basis of principal-agent theory etc,combining the practice of Rural Collective Three—Capital management mode in Jiamiao Rural Township,Tuanfeng County.For example,to establish the rural financial service centers and public resource trading centers,etc.To analyze the remaining problems under the current management mechanism,such as deviation of ideological understanding,and historical problem is not solved.Combined with the actual situation of Jiamiao,put forward some specific measures to solve these problems.We can provide support for improving the "Rural Collective Three—Capital" management of rural collectives in Jiamiao County and also provide some suggestions and opinions for improving the rural collective "Rural Collective Three—Capital" management in relatively backward rural areas. |
