As one of the key areas of strategic emerging industries,the pharmaceutical industry is strongly supported by national policies.China's pharmaceutical enterprises are facing great historical development opportunities.At the same time,China's pharmaceutical enterprises are facing many challenges.How to effectively reduce the risk in the implementation process of the related projects in the pharmaceutical industry and improve the profit and success rate of the project results,in addition to increasing the resource investment,it is also one of the necessary means to improve the management level in an all-round way.In order to enhance its global competitiveness,pharmaceutical enterprises implement Project Set Management in the process of biological medicine products development by adopting advanced methods and means,and further improve the development level of biological medicine products.In this paper,the preliminary application of Project Set Management in the development of biological medicine products in China is carried out.In order to improve the management level of China's biological medicine products,a case study is made on the application of Project Set Management in the biological medicine industry through literature review and case analysis.According to the PMBOK(Project Management Knowledge System Guide)and(Project Set Management Standard)formulated by the United States Project Management Institute,the Project Set Management model for the development of biological medicine products is preliminarily constructed so as to learn from the practical application of the Project Set Management in the development of medical products.First,this paper analyzes the status of Project Set Management at domestic and abroad,the status of biological medicine products development process management,puts forward the importance of the Project Set Management of biological medicine products development,and aims at optimizing and promoting the development of biological medicine products in the light of the different methods of Project Set Management in the development and application of biological medicine products.The maximum profit is obtained to ensure that the strategic development needs of the enterprise are consistent with the profits of the project set.Combined with the actual situation of pharmaceutical enterprises,this paper proposes a Project Management mode and process suitable for biological medicine products development.Secondly,based on the Project Set Management standard of PMBOK,the application of Project Management,Evaluation Management,Implementation Management,Monitoring Management,Inspection Management and Income Management are analyzed and discussed respectively.This paper tries to use the Earned Value analysis method to manage the input and output of the biological medicine products development project.Through the Project Set Management of biological medicine products development,the objectives of each project are coordinated and the resources of various projects are managed and controlled comprehensively.In the end,the Project Set Management and Project Set Management theory of PMBOK are applied to optimize the Project Management,Evaluation Management,Implementation Management,Monitoring Management,Inspection Management and Income Management for the development of biological medicine products.Through the theoretical knowledge and methods of Project Set Management,combined with the characteristics of biological medicine products development,the practical application and improvement of the Project Set Management in the development of biological medicine products are explored,and a reference for the application of Project Set Management methods in the same industry is provided.
