E-commerce is developing rapidly along with the rapid development of Internet technology,the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship environment,the surge of electricity providers to rural areas and national policy support.E-commerce has changed the way of people's life and consumption.The existing literature on factors affecting the formation of E-commerce clusters is concentrated on resource endowments,infrastructure and public environment.However,it is still blank to study the causes of the formation of the industry cluster from the aspect of the nature of innovation knowledge.This paper mainly focuses on the study of the factors affecting the formation of E-commerce clusters from the perspective of knowledge management,which has important social and economic value and theoretical significance.The process of analysis in this article is as follows: the problem is put forward,and the problems are analyzed,and the solutions to the problem are designed.The specific content can be divided into the following three parts:The first part introduces the background of the article.Based on the current situation of China's unbalanced e-commerce industry cluster density,we gradually analyze the significance of e-commerce,the role of patent innovation knowledge in the sustainable development of e-commerce industry cluster,and the theoretical application significance,so as to derive the research theme of this paper.The second part is to discuss the thinking of solving the problem.To deepen the theme through literature review;introduces the research variables and corresponding measurement index;introduces the analysis process:(1)by Ali Institute and all the provinces of the Electronic Commerce Management Bureau issued the "e-commerce development index" in "the permeability index" as a network agglomeration degree,as the dependent variable;(2)the patent data using Wan Fang database derived by postal code,the decomposition of the Chinese286cities(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)by means of entropy method to calculate the innovation of knowledge related to diversity and diversity as independent variables;(3)the popularity of the Internet,logistics capability as a control variable at the same time,the regional innovation ability as the independent variables,establish econometric regression equation,and then study the cause of formation China e-commerce agglomeration.In the panel data analysis,will also use the method of comparative analysis comparative analysis of central and western provinces and cities in eastern coastal provinces and cities of prefecture level city data,in order to draw in different levels of economic development,the cause of formation of the electricity supplier industry cluster.Finally,some suggestions and conclusions are showed.According to the results of this summary draws the following conclusion: the sample data,related diversity,logistics service capability,popularity of the Internet,regional innovation capability has a positive role in promoting e-commerce industry cluster,but not hinder the formation of diversity;Based on regional data samples,the scope of the central and western regions in the prefecture level city,diversity,the logistics service ability and popularity of the Internet has had a positive influence,the important role of the eastern region tend to the popularity of the Internet,regardless of the diversity and regional innovation capability,put forward the corresponding suggestions,to better guide the sustainable development of electricity industry cluster.
