The Agricultural Bank of China put forward the vision of building an international first-class large commercial bank in the new situation,which not only serves the economic and social development,but also keeps the interests of bank employees and accomplishments.At present,the vast number of front-line employees of the Agricultural Bank of China should,on the one hand,do well in customer service and make customers satisfied;on the other hand,they must complete operational indicators and enable enterprises to develop.Employees working for a long time,the labor intensity is big,in the face of customer satisfaction and complete the task of the double pressure,need to be organized to give care for in terms of burden relief and improve the working and living conditions,remuneration,occupation development and physical and mental health,to improve the staff's working enthusiasm,so as to achieve the good situation of employee satisfaction,enterprise development the.In order to achieve this vision in a targeted way,this paper takes the employees of the Guangzhou branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research object.Based on the data of 510 employees in the Guangzhou branch of Agricultural Bank of China,the job satisfaction is studied.The analysis shows that employee satisfaction level is not high,and gender,age,education level,endowment effect and salary fairness affect employee satisfaction significantly.In further studies on the influential factors of each index of employee satisfaction,influence of compensation fairness on employee satisfaction index all through the test of significance;influence of work only for occupation development indicators through a significant test;endowment effect on working conditions index,organization management index and work return index are significant by test;impact of gender on work group index,humanistic care indicators and occupation development indicators through the test of significance;age on work group index,humanistic care indicators,management indicators,work return index and occupationdevelopment targets are affected by a significant test;the effect of education on work groups,index humanistic care indicators and occupation development indicators through the test of significance.Therefore,to improve employee satisfaction,we must vigorously promote the intelligent machine,shorten the working time;ensure the appraisal program correctness,fairness,preciseness,stimulate employee enthusiasm;continue to improve the network service evaluation method for real employee burden relief;strengthen the channels of service mode,weaken the artificial way of service,reduce network business pressure;different salary adjustment rate,establish a flexible employee salary mechanism.
