In an increasingly competitive environment,employee satisfaction has attracted more and more attention from enterprises,allowing talents to stay in their own businesses and exerting subjective initiative in their daily work so that they can continue to develop and remain sustainable progress.This paper takes Ningbo YF Agricultural Production Materials Company as the research object,and learns the questionnaires of 34 questions in six aspects,such as work content,work return and development,leadership management,work environment,work relationship and company overall,by studying the research results of employee satisfaction at home and abroad.The survey investigated the satisfaction of front-line employees of YF.A total of 99 questionnaires were sent out and a total of 94 questionnaires were collected.Descriptive statistical analysis,credibility analysis,factor analysis,and differential analysis were performed through the data analysis software SPSS.Through analysis,it is understood that YF company front-line employee satisfaction is at the middle level,and there is room for significant improvement.However,gender,age,and work type had no significant effect on overall satisfaction through differential analysis and analysis of variance.However,the average degree of satisfaction was not significantly affected by the surveyors and the different years of work;the six surveys The content module has the lowest return on work and development,followed by leadership management,which is an important factor affecting the satisfaction of front-line employees of YF company at this stage.In view of the problems found in the investigation and analysis.it is recommended to make resources in the salary system,promotion system,leadership management and corporate culture.The first is to improve the company's salary level,improve the performance appraisal system,eliminate the average distribution,and formulate different types of salary distribution systems for different types of work.The second is the fair promotion system,and at the same time set up a multi-channel promotion system to build the company's talent pool.The third is to improve leadership quality and enhance leadership management capabilities.The fourth is to clarify the company's strategic planning,and let employees know,and at the same time work together to make the enterprise a modernized agricultural enterprise with humanity.
