With the continuous development of the market economy,the production of products has gradually changed from the characteristics of large quantities,single varieties to multiple varieties and small batches,and the degree of customization of customers has also become higher and higher,leading to frequent job switching and waiting in the production process.Many companies have gradually adopted the MTS-MTO hybrid production planning model to reduce switching time and respond quickly to the market.According to the needs and characteristics of enterprises,formulating appropriate stock production strategies and manufacturing strategies for MTO production mode has always been a challenge for companies.Based on the background of the D company's file-storage-vehicle hardware production,this thesis established the MTS-MTO workshop planning system for the black body-to-paint line.The system focuses on the research and application of the order review strategy for SMEs,the black-body replenishment plan for upstream production based on demand forecasting(upstream),and the scheduling(downstream)of the paintwork section for order production.The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Based on the status and characteristics of SMEs,a load-based order review system was designed.Under this system,orders were reviewed and controlled according to the total amount of loads,and a relatively scientific delivery setting rules was established through a reasonable delivery review mechanism;(2)In response to seasonal fluctuations in demand for black-body sections and inventory problems,an economic mass production model based on demand forecast was proposed to formulate a black-body production replenishment plan.Using the centralized moving average method,the seasonally independent demand index is calculated based on historical demand data,and the classic economic production batch model is corrected by this index to obtain a production replenishment control model more in line with product demand characteristics;(3)In order to fix sequencing and switching problems in the paintwork section,a scheduling method based on order grouping is proposed.After the orders were grouped according to the characteristics of the order,a corresponding mathematical model was established and solved by the SDST-GA algorithm based on the order form.Combined with the DBR control theory,the orders of the paint shop were properly sequenced,and the bottleneck capacity was fully protected,and which has been a good realization and application in the enterprise.The MTS-MTO workshop planning system for the black body-to-paint and package line established in this paper will fully improve the company's production efficiency and reduce costs.
