In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the appearance of more and more non-traditional financial institutions leads to fierce competition.Meanwhile,the change of regulatory policy and customers' financial behavior and consciousness has gradually promoted the bank competition from market share to the customer.At the same time,popularization of intelligent bank and complexity of bank business has speed up the operation reform from traditional finance to intelligent bank.The innovation of science and technology has a profound impact on the traditional financial services model,including payment,loan,financing and insurance.Online banking service and mobile banking service have been widely used.The attention of customers has changed from liquidity and safety to informatization,individualization and convenience because of the diversification of customers' financial behavior,which has stimulated the awakening of customer consciousness.For one thing,the customer's financial demand has become more comprehensive and personalized.In order to increase of efficiency and enhance experience,the innovation of financial services model based on the Internet has revolved around customers.Convenience payment has occupied a large scale on the retail payment market,for example,the scan code payment and brush face payment.One-stop self-service of online consumer loans develops rapidly.Intelligent investment adviser in the area of wealth management has started coming out.The traditional banks are facing huge competition pressure and the loss of customers because of the multidimensional business and scenario-based business.For another thing,the customers have strict requirements on service experience.The progress of society and the improvement of material life enable customers to pursuit for a higher spiritual level in financial services urgently,which requires enhancing the scene perception and experience on the financial services.Therefore,in the face of emerging market competition environment,the function of traditional bank outlets is no longer a place for bank business in future.It should be a multi-channel financial service center for all customers.Most of commercial banks have already realized that the traditional bank outlets cannot adapt to the fierce market competition based on new situation.They have begun to promote its own outlets intelligent transformation by means of financial science and technology achievements.At the same time,according to the needs of bank network intelligent transformation,they have built a stronger scientific and technological system and reshaped the organizational structure of operation to support its business,which can improve the ability of operation management as a whole.At present,the four major commercial banks have completed the construction of IT supporting system and rebuilt of organizational system gradually.They have also promoted the smart outlets transformation work nation widely since 2016.Next,with the help of science and technology,the major commercial banks will enter the era of intelligent network and abandon the high cabinet to supply financial services whenever and wherever you like.However,what should the rural credit cooperatives do to confront this war? This paper will research on the banks transformation accused by the financial science and technology development,including the change of financial service mode,expansion of service channels,and the variety of marked size and so on.Especially,it will have a deep analysis on those problems exposed under the current situation.At last,it will conclude that the intelligent transformation of rural credit union is an urgent demand under the background of rapid development of financial science and technology.This paper will take the bank outlets transformation of C rural credit cooperatives as an example.It will study the network layout,site management,marketing strategy,channel integration,specialty outlets and other lines.It will analyze the effect of transformation by comparing the data and implementation of the theory of Commercial Bank Branch Transformation theory and 7Ps.Finally,under the background of rapid development of financial science and technology,this paper will give some suggestion on how to promote the bank outlets transformation through the combination of the preamble theory and the case.
