With the deepening of China’s reform of the financial system, Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives faced accelerated expansion of foreign banks and joint-stock banks dual external challenges, how to improve the comprehensive ability of outlets, has become the focus of its future development. At the same time, the transformation of outlets also makes it face great opportunities and challenges. In recent years, financial institutions have to shift the focus of the competition to service, formulating service strategies to get customers. As part of china’s financial system, whether the whole economic benefits of Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives, or service efficiency, or cost structure has also been impact on outlets service operations management. Therefore, how to change the low performance of outlet services, improve service marketing skills, transforming the outlets from "product-centric" to "customer-centric".The article focus on the Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives, on the basis of the theory of operations management, service operations management and commercial banking service. By the research of foreign commercial bank branches service operation management, combined with the status of the service management of Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives, deeply analyze the problems of primary outlets, raised the need to study this issue, composing a targeted program and proposing measures to ensure its implementation. Offer proposal to enhance the outlets’service level, so as to improve the operating efficiencies.
