In recent years,group companies represented by state-owned enterprises have continued to emerge in China.These companies,with their strong organizational structure and abundant capital advantages,have played an important supporting role in China's social economy.However,compared with large multinational enterprises in foreign countries,in the process of capital management of state-owned enterprises,the flow of funds among various departments is increasingly spreading,and the management of funds at all levels of enterprises is difficult to control.In addition,Compared with multinational enterprises,there is also a certain gap between the ability of sustainable development of capital and the ability of sustainable operation of capital of state-owned enterprises.Internal financial management of the group management has long been one of the main problems puzzling the internal management of state-owned enterprises,and has also become the focus of attention of all major enterprise groups.Centralized management of funds is conducive to ensuring the unity of financial objectives within enterprises.It is conducive to the control of the wind direction of enterprise investment,to the cultivation of the concept of collective interests of enterprise employees,and to the pursuit of maximization of interests.In the face of the problems existing in the internal financial management of enterprise groups,The management personnel of these enterprises are exploring various new ways and measures to realize the rational allocation of enterprise resources,the intensification of enterprise assets and the maximization of enterprise benefit,so as to promote the development of enterprises in the market economy.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the capital management of S Group,mainly through literature research,case analysis and so on,focusing on the fund management of S Group.Find out the deficiency of this enterprise fund management,and then put forward the optimization strategy from many angles and many aspects.Elaborate the research content of this article,describe as follows:The first part of the paper is the introduction,which expounds the research background of the capital management of the state-owned enterprises,the current domestic and foreign situation of the research on the capital management,and then summarizes the significance and purpose of the research on the capital management of the enterprises.The frame of this paper is put forward.The second part of the paper introduces the theoretical research results of centralized capital management in state-owned enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the object of this paper — state-owned enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics and development history of state-owned enterprises in detail,then introduces the common patterns of capital management in state-owned enterprises,and leads to the research content of this paper,the problems of capital management mode of state-owned enterprises.This paper introduces the related concepts and principles of capital management in state-owned enterprises in detail,which lays a foundation for the further study of this paper.The third part of the paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of S company's centralized capital management in detail.Firstly,this section introduces the background and historical development of S company in detail.Then it focuses on the current situation of S company's centralized capital management,and deeply studies the existing problems in S company's current capital management,including the unrealized company's overall high concentration of funds,cash and accounts receivable turnover is slow,the internal structure of the financial sector is more chaotic and centralized management of funds greater risk of significant four issues.The fourth chapter displays cases of concentrating-managing capital of other similar companies both at home and abroad.And the purpose of this chapter is to find out the solutions through analyzing the experiences in the concrete cases of the centralized management of the funds of the same type of enterprises at home and abroad,and to find out the solutions to the problems arising from the centralized management of funds in S Company.The fifth chapter makes five suggestions on the optimization of the centralized management of S company's funds,based on the third and the fourth chapters,including improving the liquidity management mechanism,establishing ERP enterprising management system,strengthening the financial integration management,clearing division of labor and responsibilities,enhancing organizational coordination and implementation of “settlement center + financial company.”The last part of the paper is a summary and prospect.It is expected that the problems in the fund management of S company will be put forward,and reasonable suggestions will be put forward to help the enterprise fund better control and management.In addition,to the discussion on enterprise capital management mode,can help enterprise group managers to find solutions in the problems of enterprise capital management,this is also the practical significance of this study.
