With the development of foreign trade and the reform and opening up,national economy has increasing dependency on foreign countries.The quantity of regional trade increased rapidly.International logistic,as the derived demand of international trade,is being in the golden period of development.Although the international logistic always give priority to with the shipping,transport diversity?geographical location particularity and countries relations development have significant impact on the rapid development of railway international logistics.Under this background,the international railway freight trains,from Wuhan to European,is born at this moment,in order to overcome the disadvantage of foreign trade transportation.,from Wuhan to European,across Asia and Europe,is the trade transport corridor of high value-added products from the central region of China and Europe,such as the mechanical and electrical products,automotive and components,engineering equipment,medical equipment and so on.The international railway freight trains provides great transportation conditions for the Chinese products exported to Europe,improving the level of opening to the outside areas,strengthening the economic and trade cooperation between both sides,and establishing a good traffic environment for the multinational companies and logistics giant investing in Wuhan.The international freight trains are still in troubles after entering the normalized operation.How to improve the company's core competitiveness and brand influence and increase the economic benefit and social benefit,is in the urgent need to be solved.So,the choice of development strategy is up to the key.This paper takes the Wuhan Asia-Europe Logistics Co.Ltd(Han'ou Logistics),the platform of international freight railway as the research object.Firstly,using the method of SWOT analyzing the internal and external environment of the company comprehensively is to find out its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Then,making use of the matrix is to put forward the four types alternative strategies,such as growing one,reverse one,diversified one and defensive one.Secondly,with the reliability analysis of the questionnaire indicators,it is concluded that the six important indicators for making strategic choice for the company are the feasibility of strategy implementation,strategic security,and time goals of strategic implementation,the rationality of the strategic planning content,the flexibility of strategy implementation and the strategy support of the government respectively.Lastly,in view of the important indicators,it makes digital processing and quantitative analysis of assessment information of the seven key decision makers,then ranking the four strategic in the degree of some sort with the fuzzy evidence reasoning model.The result is that the diversified strategy is the best one.In the last,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions about how to implement the diversified strategy effectively.
