Research On Large-scale Project Pre-decision-making Audit Based On Evidential Reasoning

With the improvement of the complexity of project construction,decision-making information asymmetry and information defect is becoming increasingly prominent.Project decision-making has become increasingly complex and difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the pre-decision-making audit.Pre-decision-making audit is still in the exploratory stage.Theoretical system and relevant laws and regulations are not perfect yet.So we do research on pre-decision-making audit in this paper.Firstly,what is pre-decision-making is introduced and then what is pre-decision-making audit is explained.Then in allusion to large-scale project and its pre-decision-making,a large-scale project pre-decision-making audit system is designed.The input-output,process and methods are revealed in this system.Pre-decision-making audit is actually a multi-attribute evaluation problem.The evidential reasoning approach is introduced in this paper to solve the pre-decision-making audit.Since there are both qualitative attributes and quantitative attributes,a hybrid multi-attribute evaluation method is designed.To realize dynamic audit,follow-up auditing is presented and a dynamic multi-attribute evaluation method is designed.To improve audit quality and efficiency and concentrate multitude's opinion,joint auditing is presented and a multi-attribute group evaluation method is designed.All of these three methods are based evidential reasoning approach.Finally,flexibility of audit system and risk control in analyzed here.
