In 1980 s,China was reforming its social and economic development.Until now,state-owned enterprises are still the focus of national reform.In the past 30 years,the discussion of "privatization of state-owned enterprises" has not stopped in all walks of life.Unlike now,at the very beginning,the purpose of the government's economic reform is mainly to improve and optimize the internal management of the state-owned enterprises,to build modern enterprises and to keep pace with the international market.At the same time,setting up a market environment for free trade and encouraging enterprises to compete well,enterprises can also give more energy.In the following the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,Xi Jinping,the general secretary of the state,made clear that the mixed ownership economy is the trend of the global economy and the direction for Chinese economy and enterprises to go.This is the direction of reform that China's socialist market economy must adhere to.It can be said that,from this meeting,China's state-owned enterprises have a clear way to deepen the reform.At this meeting,forming a "decision",it simply shows that different kinds of capital,whether state-owned or collective,private,and foreign financial capital,these equity mutual cooperation,can make all the better for different economic development,including state-owned and private economy.No doubt,mixed reform is the focus of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.Mixed reform is the focus of the reform of state-owned enterprises,so what can the mixed reform bring?First of all,different economic subjects have their own unique advantages,they can enrich the melted mixed complex Chinese market economy and promote its faster improvement.Second,this economic form has both vitality and efficiency.The function of state-owned capital is more prominent,and it can give full play to its technical advantage and scale advantage;non state capital often has better vitality,high efficiency of internal operation.The cross integration of it and state capital can also change the lack of vitality and low efficiency of state-owned enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the Chinese market and even in the international market.This article is centered on the integration process of Chongqing beer reform.First of all,in the theoretical part,a brief review of the thirty years reform of China's state-owned enterprises was carried out,and the relevant policies were briefly introduced.At the same time,we understand the situation abroad and compare with China to see if there is any reference.After that,it is the induction of several basic theories.After the completion of the reform of the ownership of Chongqing beer,the change of the two shares is briefly explained.It is mainly the strategic analysis of enterprise integration,such as market junction and product structure change,and the better management methods brought by the top five foreign companies in the global beer industry.Then,it puts forward the problems and opinions found in the study of this case,and has a certain reference for other state-owned enterprises in the reform or preparation of reform.
