With the progress of science and technology,the improvement of economy and information explosion,the characteristics of the users demand more and more diversified and changeful,product update speed,has the characteristics of seasonal goods occupies the market proportion increased significantly,such as clothing,fresh products and electronic products,their value are easy to decay,the final residual value is extremely low,effective life cycle short,etc.Therefore,seasonal products supply chain management is very difficult,especially in some customer oriented supply chain(textile and clothing,etc.),at the same time,the market demand is also to a large extent by retailers' promotional efforts and time preference inconsistencies,thus affect daily order decision.Modern enterprise competition is more and more depend on the business cooperation between the two sides,but as a result of the supply chain manufacturers and retailers are independent decision-making in the individual,the interests between different individual target,decision model,the enterprise value system and the management idea,etc.There are certain differences.With information superiority side tends to get extra profit by means of hiding information,lead to the occurrence of information asymmetry phenomenon,seriously affected the efficiency of the supply chain,through effective incentive collaboration mechanism to implement supply chain profit rationalization of distribution is a problem to be solved.Based on seasonal products supply chain of textile and apparel supply chain as the research object,from the previous studies of seasonal goods dynamic pricing and inventory management,order management,and other research literature,considering the problem of asymmetric information of universality,consumer time preference inconsistencies,thesis mainly study S clothing company global coordination strategy of supply chain under asymmetric information.In seasonal products supply chain management are reviewed in this paper,supply chain management,game theory of asymmetric information and contract management and so on the basis of relevant theories,combining with the characteristics of the supply chain,with the fashion value decline factor to reflect the size of the consumer time preference,in popular products,customers have lower time preference inconsistencies,namely with smaller fashion factor value of recession.Established under symmetric and asymmetric information dynamic game model,and using joint contract and menu type contract to achieve the goal coordination,at last,through the numerical analysis and simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the conclusion.For single manufacturer and single retailer of textile and apparel supply chain model,considering the consumer time preference inconsistencies,demand is established by commodity value,sales prices and promotional efforts.In this paper,the information asymmetry problem of supply chain under OEM production mode is studied,and the retailer can obtain lower wholesale price by lying about the selling cost,and steal the profit of the supply chain.Modeling and datasimulation results show that the joint contract can effectively coordinate the supply chain of S clothing company under symmetric information.The use of menu contracts can effectively realize the sub-optimal improvement of the supply chain under asymmetric information and improve the profit of all parties.In addition,the influence factors of information value of sales cost are analyzed,and the effect of each parameter on contract design and coordination effect is analyzed.Finally,the main research results and main conclusions are summarized,and the further research and exploration is envisaged in the future.
