With the rapid development of the social economy and the network information technology,the online shopping trend is rising and gradually becoming the mainstream shopping way,which greatly improves the convenience of life.The scale of B2 C business' s self-logistics is expanding and logistics costs remain high.From the point of distribution to the user,it takes about 5 hours,occupying 45% of the whole logistics industry,but the transportation distance is less than 5% of the whole industry.The cost of terminal delivery is high and low efficiency leads to user experience decline,which restricts the development of enterprises.In the past logistics and distribution process,we only consider the distance between customers,ignoring the different customers' benefits to enterprises,namely,there are value differences between customers.Under the condition of limited resources,it is an urgent concern for enterprises to improve the income of the enterprise and maximize the customer satisfaction at the same time of reducing the cost of distribution.Based on the analysis of the difference of customer value,this paper puts forward the personalized logistics dynamic path planning considering customer priority.Customer priority is the order that customers receive delivery.The higher the level,the more the first time they are delivered in a distribution.According to the principle of customer operation design and RFM model on the enterprise line,the latest consumption,consumption intensity and consumption frequency are selected as the direct value evaluation index,and attention degree,credit degree,activity,evaluation and recommended value are used as indirect value evaluation indexes.According to this,the index system of customer value evaluation is constructed,and the random value evaluation index system is constructed.The forest set up a customer priority evaluation model.On the basis of customer priority,the priority and satisfaction of quantization are added to the objective function,and the initial path planning model and the dynamic phase path planning model are constructed in stages.In the dynamic stage,the virtual customer points are introduced,the service time is divided into paragraphs,and the dynamic customers of one time period are transferred to static processing,and the solution is solved.The difficulty in calculating.Finally,based on the established model and algorithm,we calculate the case data and verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.Compared with the model calculation results that do not consider the customer priority,this model can increase the cost of vehicle distribution,but the cost increase is small,and the customer satisfaction is greatly increased,the customer loyalty to the enterprise is increased,and the expected income of the enterprise is raised.When dynamic customer needs are added to the planning,the average customer satisfaction is still at a high level after adjusting the path in real time.It has practical guiding significance for enterprises to solve the problem of customer management and improve the efficiency of terminal delivery.
