Development And Realization Of Housing Property Rights Information Management System

With the rapid development of today's society and the deepening of the process of real estate information,it is an inevitable trend to carry out the information management system of housing property data.Housing property data is very valuable information,it is an important basis for the settlement of property disputes,the transformation of the old city,the deepening reform of housing system,etc.Therefore,the housing property information management must speed up the pace to achieve scientific and standardized management by means of informing approach,so as to improve the level of the real estate market service.The traditional management of housing property right relies on paper media,which is hard to fully meet the real estate market demand for a lot of disadvantages,such as not easy to save,large amount of resources,take up more space,low artificial retrieval rate,high labor intensity,etc.But with the development of the database and Web technology,it brings a lot of convenience to the management of housing property information.In this paper,in-depth analysis of user problems,using the Browser/Server architecture design,scanning and collation of the property data,establishing property data with Oracle database were studied based on the project named housing property information management system of Tianjin.It solves the difficult problem of maintaining paper-based information.At the same time,with the development and implementation of management system of the property right data such as the household map,cadastral map and historical topographic map,this paper not only provides the keyword search function,but also provides the classification management of the data,and solves the problem of low retrieval efficiency for housing property workers.Finally,the research achievements offered by this paper come from the system in actual construction,which not only improve the work efficiency of the property management unit,but also have significant reference values to the management of the real estate market.
